FASHION || Lipsy London Holiday Collection

Hey Ladies,
I was gutted when I couldn’t attend the Lipsy London event in Soho London the other week. It’s hard being a blogger from the North East as a lot of blog events happen down south. Luckily half of the year I live in Preston which is close to Manchester which means I do get to attend some North West blog events and have made some great friends from attending them. My advice to other bloggers is that, I would encourage you take the plunge and attend events that are open to you as it’s a great way to network, get advice and make like minded friends.

Lipsy London definitely cheered me up when they contacted me regarding collaboration; this was definitely the next best thing to attending the event.  Lispy were so generous with this delivery which was full of pieces for SS15 which I cant wait to wear this summer!
This was a nervous blog post to write up as I’ve not been ‘body confident’ over the last few months and my figure has really been getting me down. I’m only just getting back into fitness & healthy eating, so it’s hard to promote swimwear without actually wearing it. . But hopefully you like this blog post, which is a little different from my usual.
I’m in love with these wrap halter neck monokini. The first one came in all black, which is a staple swimsuit for summer, and I’m certain I’ll bring it out every year from now! I have to admit embarrassingly it did take me a while to work out how to put it on. This swimsuit also came in leopard print, which isequally as nice. Admittedly after wearing it to the spa, this swimsuit isn’t one for jumping in water or swimming about and I did have a slight boob slip in the pool, luckily I kept it on the DL.

The 3rd piece I received is this burnout kaftan that ties at the waist & a Aztec beach Kaftan, which are both perfect for wearing over bikinis around the pool. I also love this super cute pink playsuit; all of the items in this blog posts are tagged with direct links so make sure you check them outI’d like to thank Lispy again for being so kind & hopefully I’ll be able to attend more events in London in the future.
