FASHION || Scuba Pink

WEARING || Primark Haul
Hey Ladies,
So I started my blog 7 months ago and I can't believe how many opportunities blogging has brought up, in such a short space of time. I started my blog at the end of summer, as I thought it would be a great way of keeping me busy at university, as I live away from home. Last year I found myself homesick and pretty lonely as my University course Fashion Brand Management didn't involve much time in uni itself (only 7 hours a week) as there are just weekly workshops so most of the course involves independent studying in my flat. This year I’ve not been home sick once, mainly because I haven’t had time to be! Writing my blog really helped distract myself from feeling alone, along with my internship and my job as a lifestyle editor.

Sometimes I feel I’ve took too much on this year as I have no time to myself and I’m unable to invest as much time as I’d like to on my blog, but hopefully once I’ve finished my internship, I’ll have more time to spend on my blog. I’m going to blog as much as I can over Christmas to make up for the lack of posts. At the moment I tend to blog 2/3 times a week depending on my schedule, but I’m hoping to increase that to at least 4 or 5. I’ve always promised myself, if I stop enjoying blogging or feel like it’s a chore, that I’d take a break from doing it and find my love for blogging again, but fingers crossed up until now I’ve never had that feeling!
Anyway back to the fashion and enough of me blabbing!
On a recently trip to Manchester I raided their huge Primark. Compared to the Primark in Preston which is where I’m living at the moment for uni its absolutely huge, its safe the Preston one is awful, it never has the new ‘limited edition’ pieces & as its based close to a student campus every student looks the same, like they’ve all just raided Primark. The Manchester store is so different as its spread out over a number of floors, plus whenever I’ve been in it’s always be relatively tidy and they have a huge range in store.
I picked out this bright pink scuba blazer style coat in the sale section for a bargain price of £15, I recently spotted a fellow blogger rocking it at an event I attended a few weeks ago and had to have it, so I was chuffed when I spotted it in Manchester’s Primark. Pink can understandably be one of those marmite colours, you either love or hate, but personally I love this statement blazer style coat.
