Holiday Outfit Diary

Statement Style

What I'm Wearing -
Necklace - New Look
Bardot Crop Top - Topshop
Shorts - Topshop
Shoes - New Look
Ring  - Pretty Twisted
This statement necklace is such a key piece in my accessory collection, it dresses up any outfit! Plus I get so many compliments wearing it When I tell people I got it from New Look they can't believe it. cant remember the exact price but it was under £20. They've recently done lot of different designs too, so i might have to get my hands on a different one in gold to go with my Michael Kors watch!
I got these floral shorts in Topshop sale last summer & also managed to get my hands on the matching blazer to make it into a two piece. They match perfectly with this necklace as the shorts has grey shades in the floral. I've wore these shorts in so many different way and each time its looked like a totally different outfit. I love wearing them with pastel colours, key item for summer & I even wore them at winter time with black tights they looks equally as nice!
The only thing about these shorts are that they are high waisted so they ride up quite a bit at the back and I found myself pulling them down every few minutes as I was conscious my bum was out, which lets be fair isn't a great or classy look! If I were to get them again, I'd be more likely to get the size 10 than the size 8, this is probably the same for other high waisted shorts that I get in the future.

I'm wearing my black sandals that I covered in my last post from New Look. I only managed to take 3 pair of shoes away with my due to over packing of my clothes. So my shoes don't really vary in my holiday dairy posts. I also found I couldn't wear these shoes during the day because it was so hot my feet just swelled up and the leather straps got really tight. Which isn't great when you're trying to have a good walk around.
I accessorized with grey jewellery including my Buddha Ring from Pretty Twisted which is a cute little shop in my local town Middlesbrough which sells loads of cute hippie style and unique jewellery from there which is perfect for the festival session. Pretty Twisted Link.
